Syncbox Socket SB-Media – Custom Recessed Media Connection Box
IMPORTANT – CHECK BEFORE ORDERING: Syncbox SB-Media requires approximately 78mm installation depth and is considerably deeper than a standard socket or back box. Installation may not be possible in all walls. Please ask your electrician to confirm that sufficient wall depth is available before purchasing.
Syncbox Socket SB-Media is a configurable recessed media box designed for installations where the required connections vary from project to project. It can accommodate up to 8 compatible keystone modules, allowing the installer to create a tailored connection point for TV, data, telephone and other media services.
Please note that the SB-Media is supplied without pre-installed media modules, allowing the required configuration to be selected separately.

Important Installation Depth Information
- Approximately 78mm installation depth is required

- Do not assume the Syncbox can directly replace a standard socket or media plate

Create the Connection Layout You Need
The SB-Media is particularly useful where a standard pre-configured media plate does not provide the right combination of connections. Up to eight compatible keystone modules can be selected to create a connection point suited to the specific TV, network, telephone or media installation.
Before Installation
Plan the module configuration, cable routes, wall construction and available depth before preparing the opening. The Syncbox installation box requires substantially more depth than a typical socket back box, so this should be confirmed at the planning stage.
