These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Electrical4Less website. They do not govern the sale of Goods, which is covered separately by our Terms & Conditions of Sale and Return & Refund Policy.

Access to the Site
Access to the Site is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Site where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, operational or commercial reasons.
We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
You are responsible for arranging your own internet access, devices, software and security.

Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping passwords and account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from our breach of security obligations.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authority.
- We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, misuse, material breach of these Terms, legal requirements or operation of our inactive-account policy.
You must not use an Account, promotional code, trade pricing, credit facility or checkout process dishonestly, fraudulently or in a way designed to circumvent stated eligibility, quantity, pricing, delivery or security controls.
Inactive accounts
We may treat a customer account as inactive where it has not been used to sign in or place an order for two years. If we select an inactive account for closure or deletion, we will normally give at least 30 calendar days’ notice and an opportunity to sign in, contact us or otherwise confirm that the account is still required.
If the notice states that the account will be deleted or closed on a stated date unless action is taken, and the account remains inactive, we will close or delete the account at the end of that notice period, subject to technical requirements and any information we must or may retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty, dispute or record-keeping purposes.
Closing an account does not necessarily delete historic order, invoice, transaction, refund or other records that our Privacy Policy says we retain.

Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, design, product copy, video, software and databases, are owned by or licensed to Electrical4Less Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may browse, cache and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, license, systematically extract or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission, except where law permits.

Product and General Website Information
We take reasonable care over Site content, but general website content may contain typographical, technical or other errors and may become out of date. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional electrical, engineering, legal or other specialist advice.
Information relating to Goods for sale, including pricing, stock, descriptions, supplier lead times, website errors and order acceptance, is governed by our Terms & Conditions of Sale. A website error does not by itself create an obligation to supply Goods at an incorrect price or on incorrect terms.
Product installation and electrical work should be carried out by appropriately competent persons and in accordance with applicable instructions, standards and law. You should not rely solely on website content where professional or manufacturer advice is required.

User Content, Reviews and Comments
If the Site allows reviews, comments or other user content, you remain responsible for content you submit and must have the right to submit it.
By submitting user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, moderate and use that content for operating, improving and promoting the Site and our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Any incentive connected with a review must be clearly disclosed. Business users
If you are a business user, to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to the Site and are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, business interruption or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
These Site liability provisions do not govern liability arising from the sale of Goods, which is dealt with under our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
