Standard Delivery Options
When placing an order for delivery, please ensure all items are in stock where delivery time is important. Some items shown on our website may need to be ordered from our suppliers before dispatch.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you with further advice regarding the expected lead time. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, excluding special order items, and receive a full refund.
Please note that “Next Day Delivery” refers to the courier service used once the goods are ready for dispatch. It does not always mean that every item will be dispatched the same day, especially where products need to be ordered from a supplier first.

These delivery charges apply to standard website orders and will be automatically added at checkout where applicable.
Delivery excludes areas outside of the UK Mainland. Delivery to areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Europe may incur additional charges.
Please note: Our Standard Next Day Delivery is DPD’s standard service. It is not a premium or extra-cost guaranteed delivery option. In most cases, items are delivered the next business day, subject to location and courier conditions, but occasional delays can occur. Since this is DPD’s standard service, no delivery refund is provided if delivery does not arrive the next business day.

Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes may apply on parcels sent outside the UK.
Once the parcel arrives in its destination country, the recipient may receive a bill for duties and taxes. These are determined by customs officials in the destination country based on the description, value and origin of the goods.

Manufacturer Direct Deliveries
Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier rather than from Electrical4Less.
Manufacturer and supplier direct delivery items may be subject to separate carriage charges and do not count towards the standard Electrical4Less £100 + VAT carriage-paid threshold.
This is because these orders are processed through the supplier’s own courier service, handling process or delivery terms. Charges may vary depending on the supplier, product value, size, weight, courier insurance, long lengths or direct delivery handling.
Where a supplier delivery charge applies, it is passed on at cost.
Some supplier direct items may also be marked as Trade Only / Supplier Direct or Non-Returnable*. Where this applies, the item is supplied for business, trade or professional use and is not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns once ordered. This does not affect rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

| UK Cables | Some UK Cables items may be supplied by direct delivery. Carriage is £17.50 + VAT, or carriage paid on eligible UK Cables orders over £350.00 + VAT. |
These fees are in addition to our standard delivery charges and are not covered by the free delivery threshold.
We believe in full transparency: these costs are passed on at cost price and are not marked up by us.
Important: These delivery rules apply only to orders placed via our website. Orders made through other channels (e.g. trade counter, phone, or email) may have different delivery terms.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. This applies to standard website orders unless the goods are classed as special order items, supplier direct items, or Trade Only / B2B items that have already been ordered specifically for you.
If your order has already been dispatched, standard return procedures will apply.
Supplier direct, special order, Trade Only / B2B and Non-Returnable* items are not normally returnable once ordered or dispatched, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or your statutory rights require otherwise.
