IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS – SERIES WIRING ONLY
WARNING: INCORRECT CONNECTIONS WILL DAMAGE THE LED FITTINGS!
The ALL LED AGLH035SS/27 Halo Marker Light is a 350mA CONSTANT CURRENT fitting and must be connected to a correctly specified constant current LED driver.
MULTIPLE LED FITTINGS MUST BE CONNECTED IN SERIES – NEVER IN PARALLEL.
- Connect the positive (+) output of the driver to the positive (+) connection of the first LED fitting.
- Connect the negative (-) connection of the first fitting to the positive (+) connection of the next fitting.
- Continue connecting additional fittings using the same series arrangement.
- Connect the negative (-) connection of the final fitting to the negative (-) output of the driver.
- Never connect these LED fittings directly to a 230V mains supply.
- Never connect or disconnect fittings while the driver is energised.
- Complete and inspect all connections before switching on the power.
- Observe correct polarity and ensure secure connections.
- Protect all electrical connections against the installation environment.
- Check the driver’s output voltage range and minimum and maximum loads.
- Configure adjustable drivers to 350mA before energising the circuit.
