The Live Electrical contractor event took place in Fulham, London, on 3 June 2026, giving electricians and installers an opportunity to learn more about the latest Live Electrical consumer units, RCBOs and distribution equipment.
The event followed strong interest in the Live Electrical range at ELEX and focused on new products designed to make electrical installations faster, cleaner and easier to complete.
Live Electrical SRN Consumer Units
One of the main products highlighted at the event was the Live Electrical SRN range of consumer units.
Unlike traditional RCBO consumer units, the SRN system uses a double pole busbar arrangement with compatible RCBOs that do not require neutral fly leads. This provides a cleaner internal layout and can help reduce installation time.
Key features of the SRN range include:
- Double pole busbar system
- No neutral fly leads on compatible RCBOs
- Cleaner and more organised wiring
- Faster installation
- Surface and flush-mounted consumer unit options
The SRN range is intended for use only with compatible Live Electrical SRN devices.
Horizontal TPN Distribution Boards
Live Electrical also presented its horizontal TPN distribution boards, which are designed for commercial and larger electrical installations.
The horizontal layout provides improved cable management and a clean internal arrangement, making the boards suitable for modern three-phase distribution applications.
