IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS – SERIES WIRING ONLY
WARNING: INCORRECT CONNECTIONS WILL DAMAGE THE LED FITTINGS!
The ALL LED AGLH035WH/27 Halo LED Marker Light 2700K is a 350mA CONSTANT CURRENT fitting and must be connected to a correctly specified constant current LED driver.
MULTIPLE LED FITTINGS MUST BE CONNECTED IN SERIES – NEVER IN PARALLEL.
- Connect the positive (+) output of the LED driver to the positive (+) connection of the first LED fitting.
- Connect the negative (-) connection of the first fitting to the positive (+) connection of the next fitting.
- Continue connecting additional LED fittings using the same series arrangement.
- Connect the negative (-) connection of the final fitting to the negative (-) output of the driver.
- Never connect these LED fittings directly to a 230V mains supply.
- Never connect or disconnect LED fittings while the driver is energised.
- Complete and inspect all electrical connections before switching on the power.
- Observe correct polarity throughout the installation.
- Ensure electrical connections are secure and suitably protected for the installation environment.
- Verify that the driver’s output voltage range supports the complete series circuit.
- Check that the driver’s minimum and maximum load requirements are satisfied.
- Configure adjustable constant current drivers to 350mA before energising the circuit.
