Standard Delivery Options
When placing an order for Next Day Delivery, please ensure all items are in stock. Some items may need to be ordered from our suppliers. If an item you’ve ordered is not in stock, we’ll contact you with further advice regarding lead time. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched (excluding special orders) and receive a full refund.

These delivery charges apply to all website orders and will be automatically added when you checkout. Delivery excludes areas outside of the UK Mainland. Delivery to areas like the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and Europe may incur additional charges.
Please note: Our Standard Next Day Delivery is DPD’s standard service. It is not a premium or extra-cost option. In most cases, items are delivered the next business day (subject to location and courier conditions), but occasional delays can occur. Since this is DPD’s standard service, no refunds are provided if delivery does not arrive the next day.

Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are applicable on parcels sent outside the UK. Once the parcel arrives in its destination country, the recipient will receive a bill for the duties and taxes. These are determined by customs officials in the destination country based on the description, value, and origin of goods. For more details, please visit the government’s website at www.gov.uk.
Manufacturer Direct Deliveries
Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. For most suppliers, our standard delivery rules apply (including free delivery on orders over £75 + VAT).

| Univolt | £17.50 + VAT | Univolt’s delivery charge includes courier handling for long or oversized 3-metre items. These cannot be shipped from our own warehouse and must go direct from Univolt. Their courier fee is fixed per order, so we pass this on at cost. |
These fees are in addition to our standard delivery charges and are not covered by the free delivery threshold.
We believe in full transparency: these costs are passed on at cost price and are not marked up by us.
Important: These delivery rules apply only to orders placed via our website. Orders made through other channels (e.g. trade counter, phone, or email) may have different delivery terms.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. This applies to all website orders unless the goods are classed as special orders. If your order has already been dispatched, standard return procedures will apply.
