SWA TSTORM20 Fast-Fit IP68 Cable Gland – Pack of 2
The Tauras STORM M20 Cable Gland with EarthingNut from SWA is designed for quick and secure termination of SWA armoured, non-armoured, SY and CY braided cables. The TSTORM20 combines the fast-fit design of the STORM range with an IP68 rating and a convenient Tauras earthing arrangement.
Unlike the standard STORM gland arrangement using a traditional separate earth tag and locknut, the Tauras pack incorporates SWA’s EarthingNut system. This provides a more convenient method of making the earthing connection while helping streamline the termination process.

IP68 STORM Cable Gland Construction
The STORM gland upper and lower bodies are manufactured from PA66 reinforced with 30% glass fibre. A brass armour ring provides the cable armour connection, while NBR gaskets and O-rings form the environmental seal required for the IP68 rating.
The STORM range has been tested in accordance with BS EN 62444 for cable glands used in electrical installations, including testing for anchorage, impact resistance, electrical performance, ingress protection, temperature performance and reaction to fire.
