Description

RCBO for Use in Live Electrical TPN Distribution Boards

The Live Electrical 10kA RCBO 32A Curve B Type A 30mA 1P+N is a residual current operated circuit breaker with integrated overcurrent protection. Designed specifically for Live Electrical TPN three-phase distribution boards, this 32A RCBO protects final circuits from overload, short circuit, and earth leakage faults—including pulsating DC residual currents.

It complies fully with BS EN 61009-1 and meets the requirements of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Functional Performance

This device features a 32A rated current and Curve B tripping, making it suitable for general-purpose circuits with resistive or low-inductive loads. The 30mA Type A sensitivity provides personal protection by detecting both AC and pulsed DC leakage currents.

With a 10kA short-circuit breaking capacity, it delivers dependable disconnection under fault conditions, ensuring safe operation in demanding electrical environments.

Mounting and Configuration

The RCBO is built in a 1P+N configuration, allowing simultaneous disconnection of phase and neutral conductors. It is DIN rail mountable and occupies a single module within Live Electrical TPN distribution boards.

Its terminals support conductors up to 16mm², making it compatible with standard final circuit wiring.
