Description

Type A RCBO for Live Electrical TPN Distribution Boards

The Live Electrical 10kA RCBO 20A Curve B Type A 30mA 1P+N provides dual functionality—residual current detection and overcurrent protection in one DIN rail-mounted device. It is designed for use within Live Electrical TPN distribution boards, offering protection against overload, short circuits, and AC or pulsating DC earth leakage currents.

Compliant with BS EN 61009-1 and the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, this device is ideal for commercial, residential, and light industrial environments.

Electrical Performance and Safety

With a rated current of 20A and Curve B tripping characteristics, this RCBO is suitable for circuits with resistive or low inductive loads, such as socket outlets and lighting. The 30mA residual current sensitivity ensures protection against electric shock and fault leakage.

Its 10kA breaking capacity allows safe disconnection under high fault conditions, ensuring protection across a wide range of electrical applications.

Mounting and Compatibility

The 1P+N configuration enables simultaneous disconnection of both phase and neutral conductors. The device is designed to mount on a standard DIN rail, taking up a single module within Live Electrical TPN three-phase boards.

It supports terminals up to 16mm², making it suitable for typical final circuit cabling requirements.
