Description

Residual Current and Overcurrent Protection for Live Electrical TPN Distribution Boards

The Live Electrical 10kA RCBO 10A Curve B Type A 30mA 1P+N is a single-module protective device combining residual current protection with overcurrent protection. Designed specifically for use in Live Electrical TPN distribution boards, it safeguards final circuits against overloads, short circuits, and earth leakage—including AC and pulsed DC faults.

This 10A Type A RCBO meets the requirements of BS EN 61009-1 and the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, making it ideal for use in residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.

Application and Functional Performance

Featuring a Curve B tripping profile, this RCBO is suitable for resistive and low-inductive loads, such as socket outlets and lighting circuits. It is designed to detect earth leakage currents of 30mA, offering protection for users against indirect contact and electrical faults.

Its 10kA breaking capacity provides reliable disconnection in higher fault current conditions, while the 1P+N pole configuration ensures safe isolation of both line and neutral conductors.

Designed for Integration with Live Electrical TPN Boards

This RCBO is intended for fast and secure DIN rail mounting in Live Electrical TPN three-phase distribution boards. It has a compact, single-module width and accepts cables up to 16mm², supporting both new installations and board upgrades.

Its durable construction and high mechanical endurance make it a dependable choice for long-term operation.
