ALL LED AST12PX/IP/RGB Pixel Strip

Supplied cut per metre – bespoke options available

Standard ordering: This LED strip is sold in metre units and cut to the length ordered. Lengths are supplied subject to the manufacturer’s permitted cutting intervals and available stock. If your project needs a different cut length, pre-prepared connections or another customised specification, contact Electrical4Less to request a quote for a bespoke version before ordering. Customised options are subject to manufacturer availability and confirmation.

IP67 installation note: Cut ends and all cable joints must be appropriately sealed to maintain the required protection. Have the installation and connections checked by a competent electrician.

The ALL LED AST12PX/IP/RGB Pixel Strip is designed for lighting schemes where a single fixed colour is not enough. Unlike conventional RGB tape, its digitally addressable SPI pixels can be controlled in sequences to create flowing colour and changing effects. The 24V COB construction gives the strip a smooth-looking line of light. This IP67 version is designed for locations needing greater protection against dust and water ingress, provided the entire installation, including connections and cut ends, is sealed appropriately.

Why choose ALL LED AST12PX/IP/RGB Pixel Strip ?

  • COB dotless-effect colour-changing strip with individually addressable pixel sections
  • SPI digital pixel control for changing colours and animated lighting scenes
  • 24V DC supply at 12W per metre
  • 100mm marked cutting intervals and 10 pixel ICs per metre
  • 720 LEDs per metre for smooth, continuous-looking light
  • 3M adhesive-backed installation
  • Compatible with the ALL LED Pro-Digital Pixel Strip Receiver ASC/PX/REC and relevant remote or wall controls (sold separately)
  • IP67-rated strip for suitably protected indoor or outdoor applications

Installation and compatibility

The mounting surface should be clean, smooth and free from oil and dust. Avoid sharp bends and cut only at the marked 100mm intervals. Use suitable leads, approved connectors and the supplied 3M adhesive backing as directed by the manufacturer. The strip needs a correctly rated 24V DC supply and an SPI-compatible pixel receiver/controller; a standard analogue RGB dimmer is not a substitute. Keep to the 10m maximum one-end powered length and size the supply at 12W for every metre, allowing appropriate headroom. For this IP67 version, any cuts or joints must be properly re-sealed with components and methods suitable for the environment: the strip rating does not automatically make exposed connections waterproof.

Before you order ALL LED AST12PX/IP/RGB Pixel Strip

This is the LED strip only; compatible Pro-Digital receiver, power supply and optional wireless remote or wall station are separate items. Plan the pixel-control arrangement before installation, particularly for longer runs and effects requiring synchronisation.

Complete Your Lighting Installation

This is an addressable SPI pixel strip, so a standard RGB receiver is not a substitute for a compatible pixel controller. Explore our LED strip controllers and select a suitable 24V constant-voltage LED driver for the total installed load.

See our wider ALL LED strip lighting range for other lighting options.

Compatible ColourPixel+ Components

This is part of the addressable SPI pixel system, not the conventional 5-in-1 StripLink+ system. Check the required receiver, strip and control options below.
