Live Electrical AMR125B-030 25A Bi-Directional RCBO
The Live Electrical AMR125B-030 25A Bi-Directional RCBO combines overload, short-circuit and 30mA earth leakage protection within one compact protective device. It features Type A residual current protection, B Curve operation, a 6kA breaking capacity and a switched neutral for compatible 230V AC distribution boards.
Its bi-directional design allows current to flow through the RCBO in either direction, making it suitable for compatible PV solar and renewable energy installations as well as conventional domestic and commercial circuits. The compact single-module 1P+N construction helps save valuable space inside the consumer unit.
The Live Electrical AMR125B-030 has an electrical endurance of 4,000 cycles and a mechanical endurance of 100,000 cycles. It complies with BS EN 61009-1.

25A Circuit Protection
The Live Electrical AMR125B-030 provides combined circuit and residual current protection for compatible 25A final circuits. Its B Curve operating characteristic is suitable for general-purpose loads with relatively low starting currents, subject to the circuit design, installation requirements and equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
Each RCBO independently protects and isolates its connected circuit, helping prevent a fault on one circuit from disconnecting other healthy circuits within the consumer unit. The switched neutral configuration disconnects both the line and neutral conductors when the device operates.
Bi-Directional RCBO for PV Solar Applications
The bi-directional construction makes this RCBO suitable for installations where electrical current may flow through the protective device in either direction. This can include compatible PV solar and renewable energy systems, as well as other circuits where a bi-directional protective device is specified.
