Build a smarter heating control system with the Heatmiser neoHub G3 Smart Heating Gateway. Designed as the central hub for the Heatmiser neo system, the neoHub G3 connects compatible neo thermostats, plugs and controls to the neoApp, giving you app-based control of heating, hot water and connected appliances from your smartphone or tablet.
The neoHub G3 is designed for quick setup. Connect the hub to your broadband router using the supplied Ethernet cable, power it using the included UK / EU adaptor, download the free Heatmiser neoApp, and add your location to begin setting up your system.
With enhanced wireless Mesh capability, support for up to 32 devices, smart profiles, geo-location control and automatic firmware updates, the neoHub G3 offers a powerful platform for modern home heating management. It also works with leading smart home platforms including Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and IFTTT.

Smart App Control & System History
The neoHub G3 gives users improved control through the Heatmiser neoApp. Heating schedules can be managed remotely, multiple zones can be configured, and Smart Profiles allow common time and temperature settings to be applied across selected rooms.
Enhanced system history provides detailed performance insight from the last 4 weeks. Users can review set temperature as a dotted line, preheating activity shown in green, active heating periods shown in red, and daily hours-run data for each zone. Calendar navigation and ±1 day buttons make it easier to move through daily heating data.
Push Notifications & Temperature Alerts
Push notifications help users stay informed through the neoApp. High and low temperature alerts can notify you when the temperature moves outside predefined limits, with each alert clearly identifying the relevant location and device.
Apple HomeKit & Voice Control
The neoHub G3 can be paired to Apple HomeKit through the neoApp, allowing compatible Heatmiser devices to be assigned to rooms and controlled using the Apple Home app. Once configured, users can control compatible thermostats through Siri, including checking the current temperature, setting a new temperature, applying temperature hold, or switching standby on and off.
For HomeKit use, compatible Heatmiser devices include neoStat, neoStat-e, neoStat-hw, neoStat 12v, neoAir, neoPlug and neoUltra. Away-from-home Apple HomeKit control requires a suitable Apple home hub such as Apple TV, HomePod, HomePod mini or iPad configured for remote access.
Important Compatibility Information
Wireless Door and Air Sensors are not currently supported by the neoHub G3. If these sensors are required for your system, they should not be added to your order at this time.
