Orbix WallBite 6.5 x 38mm White No Plug Fixing Screw
Orbix WallBite 6.5 x 38mm White No Plug Fixing Screw combines the longer 38mm WallBite format with a white head for a cleaner appearance on visible installations. Supplied in a pack of 75, it is designed for light to medium-duty electrical and general fixing applications.
The one-piece steel construction allows the fixing to be driven directly into suitable substrates without installing a separate wall plug. In timber and plasterboard, no pre-drilling is required, helping make repetitive installation work faster and more straightforward.

Neat White Finish
The white head helps the fixing blend with white trunking, accessories, conduit fittings and other exposed electrical equipment. Orbix WallBite 6.5 x 38mm White No Plug Fixing Screw therefore provides a practical option where both installation speed and final appearance are important.
Suitable Applications
Typical uses include fixing electrical sockets and switches, conduit, trunking, back boxes, curtain tracks and fire clips. The WallBite range is intended for common building substrates including timber, plasterboard, brickwork, concrete, natural stone, lightweight concrete, chipboard and plaster block.
Simple One-Piece Installation
By combining the threaded fastener into a single all-steel component, WallBite removes the separate plug stage required by many traditional fixing methods. For masonry and other variable substrates, Orbix recommends carrying out a site test to establish suitability.
Fire-Rated Cable Support Applications
The manufacturer’s WallBite product sheet identifies the fixing as suitable for installing fire-rated clips and states conformity with fire safety wiring regulation BS 7671:2008.
