Timeguard TX2410 10A Type A RCBO B Curve
The Timeguard TX2410 10A Type A RCBO B Curve is a single-module, uni-directional residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection, designed for use within Timeguard consumer units and compatible distribution boards. It provides combined overload, short-circuit and residual current protection for individual final circuits in domestic installations.
Rated at 10A with a Type A residual current characteristic and 30mA sensitivity, this RCBO offers protection against AC and pulsating DC residual currents. The B curve tripping characteristic makes it suitable for lighting and other low inrush current circuits, supporting reliable operation and circuit discrimination.
The device features a 1P+N (single pole with switched neutral) design in a single-module width, allowing high circuit density within consumer units. It mounts onto a standard 35mm DIN rail and can be removed without disturbing the busbar, simplifying installation and future maintenance.
With a 6kA short-circuit breaking capacity, the TX2410 includes a test button for functional testing and a clear contact position indicator for visual status confirmation. It complies with BS EN 61009-1 and is intended for uni-directional domestic applications in accordance with current wiring regulations.
