11 Way Consumer Unit Kit with 9 Bi-Directional RCBOs, Type 2 SPD & Tails Gland
The Niglon PCU1412M 9 RCBO SPD Consumer Unit Kit is a complete Protego solution designed for larger domestic installations. Supplied with 9 Niglon 6kA bi-directional Type A Curve B RCBOs, a 100A twin screw main switch, a Type 2 SPD and an included Niglon meter tails gland, it provides individual circuit protection and surge protection in one ready-to-install package.
The 14-module metal enclosure provides 11 usable ways and features a right-hand incomer with direct busbar SPD connection, helping simplify internal wiring and avoid the need for an additional MCB for the surge protection device.
Important – RCBO Selection and Default Configuration
This kit is supplied with our standard selection of 9 Niglon 6kA bi-directional Type A Curve B RCBOs unless you request a different amperage combination.
If you require different RCBO ratings, please add your required combination to the order notes at checkout, send us a WhatsApp message with your order number, or email your requirements immediately after ordering.
If no alternative RCBO requirements are received, the default configuration shown below will be dispatched.
Default RCBO Configuration

Alternative bi-directional RCBO ratings of 6A, 10A, 16A, 20A, 32A or 40A can be requested, subject to availability. Customers may change the amperage mix, but this product is supplied with bi-directional RCBOs only.

Product Overview
The Niglon PCU1412M 9 RCBO SPD Consumer Unit Kit features a 14-module metal enclosure with 11 usable ways, making it suitable for larger domestic installations and upgrades requiring additional circuit capacity.
A 100A double pole twin screw main switch is positioned on the right-hand side for improved cable routing. The integrated Type 2 SPD connects directly to the busbar, reducing wiring complexity and removing the need for an additional protective MCB for the SPD.
Nine bi-directional Type A RCBOs provide individual overload, short-circuit and residual current protection. The board is supplied with our standard RCBO combination unless an alternative amperage mix is requested when ordering.
