Replacing the previous LEV440SP-BP model, this advanced EV Consumer Unit features a 10mm deeper housing for better wiring space, plus a raised DIN rail for improved cable access. A strengthened earth terminal bar has been fitted, while the unnecessary neutral bar has been removed, creating a cleaner, simpler layout ideal for EV circuits.
The modern enclosure now comes with dark grey/black hinges and clips for a stylish look that matches many EV chargers. Like all Live Electrical EV Consumer Units, this model comes pre-fitted with a 40A B Curve Type A RCBO and a double pole Type 2 SPD, providing critical protection against earth faults, overloads, and surge voltages. Its IP65-rated flame-retardant ABS casing makes it ideal for outdoor installations in both domestic and commercial environments.
