The Envirograf TE05 Intumescent Cable Tray Pillow – 127x50mm is a passive fire protection product designed to seal gaps around metal and plastic cable trays where they pass through fire-rated walls, floors and ceilings. When exposed to fire, the intumescent material expands up to three times its original size, helping restrict the passage of flames and smoke while providing up to four hours of fire integrity.

Its non-fibrous, dust-free construction makes it suitable for sterile environments and clean rooms, while the removable design allows access for cable inspection and maintenance.

Installation
Insert the intumescent pillow into the opening where the cable tray passes through the fire-rated wall, floor or ceiling. Secure it using the attached cord and retention tag, which can be riveted or screwed to the cable tray. The pillow can be removed for wiring inspection or maintenance and refitted afterwards.
