Envirograf LV100/2 100mm Internal Intumescent Liner
The Envirograf LV100/2 100mm Internal Intumescent Liner provides passive fire protection for compatible metal and PVC ventilation pipes passing through walls or ceilings. When exposed to heat, the intumescent material expands to help seal the pipe and restrict fire from spreading into cavities or adjoining areas.
Designed specifically for 100mm internal-diameter pipes, the Envirograf LV100/2 100mm Internal Intumescent Liner provides up to two hours of fire protection. The product includes a self-adhesive internal liner and an additional long intumescent strip that is fitted around the outside of the pipe for the two-hour installation.

Installation
Ensure the pipe is clean, dry and free from dust or grease. Peel away the backing and fit the self-adhesive liner at least 32mm inside the pipe to leave sufficient space for the fan spigot. For the LV100/2 two-hour installation, fit the additional long intumescent strip supplied in the pack around the outside of the pipe. Follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions for the complete fire-protection system.
