Envirograf Grey Intumescent Acrylic and Acoustic Mastic
The Envirograf Grey Intumescent Acrylic and Acoustic Mastic is a flexible passive fire protection and acoustic sealant supplied in a 310 ml cartridge. When exposed to fire, it expands up to five times its original volume, helping restrict the passage of flames, smoke and toxic fumes.
Suitable for horizontal and vertical applications, the Envirograf Grey Intumescent Acrylic and Acoustic Mastic can seal gaps from 1mm to 30mm around door frames, cable trays, ducting, partitions and service penetrations. It can also be used with compatible Envirograf intumescent slabs and blocks.

Application Instructions
Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from loose material before application. Clean oily surfaces with white spirit and allow them to dry. Lightly moisten dry or dusty brickwork to help improve adhesion.
Apply using a standard skeleton gun and maintain a minimum depth of 12mm where required. Allow the surface skin to form before painting. The seal remains flexible after application to support long-term performance.
