Envirograf EN/F KIT Fire Resistant Intumescent Sealant Kit
The Envirograf EN/F KIT Fire Resistant Intumescent Sealant Kit is a passive fire protection system for sealing service penetrations through plasterboard, hollow, brick and block walls. The kit includes dark grey intumescent filler and white finishing sealant, providing up to two hours of fire protection and insulation when correctly installed.
Suitable for hollow and solid walls, floors and ceilings, the Envirograf EN/F KIT Fire Resistant Intumescent Sealant Kit can be used around compatible aluminium, copper, plastic and steel pipes up to 50mm in diameter, as well as cables up to 32mm in diameter. The sealant becomes water-resistant once fully cured.

Application in Plasterboard and Hollow Walls
Ensure the opening is approximately 40mm larger in diameter than the service passing through it. Fill around the service using the dark grey EN/F1 intumescent sealant, stopping approximately 10mm short of the front surface. Apply the white EN/F2 finishing sealant to the remaining depth and level the surface using a spatula.
Application in Solid Walls
For brick, block and concrete substrates, ensure the opening is approximately 30mm larger in diameter than the service. Fill around the service with EN/F1 sealant, leaving approximately 10mm at the front. Complete the seal using EN/F2 white finishing sealant and smooth the surface.
