Envirograf Brown Intumescent Acrylic and Acoustic Mastic
The Envirograf Brown Intumescent Acrylic and Acoustic Mastic is a flexible passive fire protection and acoustic sealant supplied in a 310 ml cartridge. When exposed to fire, it expands up to five times its original volume, helping restrict the passage of flames, smoke and toxic fumes through sealed gaps and openings.
Suitable for horizontal and vertical applications, the Envirograf Brown Intumescent Acrylic and Acoustic Mastic can seal gaps from 1mm to 30mm around door frames, cable trays, ducting, partitions and service penetrations. It forms a flexible surface skin that can be painted after application.

Application Instructions
Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from dust, grease and loose material. Clean oily surfaces using white spirit and allow them to dry. Lightly moisten dry or dusty brickwork where required to help improve adhesion.
Apply the mastic using a standard skeleton gun, completely filling the required gap. Allow the surface skin to form before painting over the seal.
