Armeg CHA005 Quick Change Holesaw Set
The Armeg CHA005 Quick Change Holesaw Set is a professional multi-material holesaw system designed to reduce downtime when changing cutter sizes on site. Its Push & Lock mechanism allows rapid, one-handed holesaw changes without repeatedly threading conventional holesaws onto an arbor.
The set uses Cobalt Vari Pitch holesaws manufactured from M42 steel with 8% cobalt for excellent wear resistance at higher drilling temperatures. The vari-pitch teeth are designed for rapid, smooth cutting with reduced vibration.

How the Quick Change System Works
- Screw the appropriate adaptor nut onto the rear of the holesaw.
- Push and lock the prepared holesaw onto the arbor.
- Pull back the arbor collar to release the holesaw.
Replacement large adaptor nuts, small adaptor nuts, Push & Lock arbor and pilot drill are also available separately within the Armeg Quick Change System.
