The FuseBox EV32AX EV Consumer Unit is a compact distribution board designed to supply and protect a dedicated electric vehicle charging point. It is supplied with a 32A 30mA Type A mini RCBO, 100A main switch incomer and Type 2 surge protection device, providing essential circuit and surge protection within one enclosure.
The consumer unit provides two usable ways and features earth and neutral terminal bars positioned at the top for convenient termination. Its compact metal enclosure measures 259mm high, 162mm wide and 113mm deep, making it suitable for dedicated domestic and light commercial EV charger installations.

RCBO and Surge Protection

The supplied 32A Type A 30mA mini RCBO provides overcurrent and residual current protection for the connected EV charging circuit. Its 1P+N switched configuration disconnects both the line and neutral conductors when operated.
A Type 2 SPD is also included to help protect the EV charging installation against transient overvoltages caused by switching events and indirect lightning activity.

Compact EV Charger Distribution Board

The FuseBox EV32AX combines the main switch, RCBO and surge protection device inside one compact enclosure. Top-mounted earth and neutral terminal bars help keep conductor termination organised and accessible during installation.
