The Niglon PCU2220M SPD Consumer Unit Kit is a high-capacity Protego solution for large domestic and light commercial electrical installations. Supplied with 15 Niglon 6kA bi-directional Type A Curve B RCBOs, a 100A twin screw main switch, a direct busbar Type 2 SPD and an included Niglon meter tails gland, it provides extensive individual circuit protection and surge protection in one complete package.
The 22-module metal enclosure provides 19 usable ways and includes 4 solid blanks for unused ways and future expansion. The included RCBOs are supplied in our standard default configuration unless a different bi-directional amperage combination is requested when ordering.
Important – RCBO Selection and Default Configuration
This kit is supplied with our standard selection of 15 Niglon 6kA bi-directional Type A Curve B RCBOs unless you request a different amperage combination.
If you require different RCBO ratings, please add your required combination to the order notes at checkout, send us a WhatsApp message with your order number, or email your requirements immediately after ordering.
If no alternative RCBO requirements are received, the default configuration shown below will be dispatched.
Default RCBO Configuration

Alternative bi-directional RCBO ratings of 6A, 10A, 16A, 20A, 32A or 40A can be requested, subject to availability. Customers may change the amperage mix, but this product is supplied with bi-directional RCBOs only.

Product Overview
The Niglon PCU2220M SPD Consumer Unit Kit features a 22-module metal enclosure with 19 usable ways, making it suitable for larger installations requiring a high circuit count and additional capacity.
The 100A double pole twin screw main switch provides secure incoming cable termination, while the Type 2 SPD connects directly to the busbar, removing the need for an additional MCB for the surge protection device.
Fifteen bi-directional Type A RCBOs provide individual overload, short-circuit and residual current protection. The standard RCBO configuration is supplied unless an alternative amperage mix is requested when ordering.
