The TIS I V500W Solar I V Curve Tester is an essential diagnostic instrument for professional solar installers carrying out performance analysis and maintenance on photovoltaic systems. Designed for high-voltage applications, it measures I-V curves with open-circuit voltage up to 1500V and short-circuit current up to 15A.
This advanced tester captures up to 128 points per I-V curve in standard or capacitive mode, providing detailed insight into PV module and string performance. It measures key parameters including Voc, Isc, Pmax, Vmpp, Impp, and fill factor, with direct comparison to Standard Test Conditions (STC) for accurate performance validation.
The TIS I-V500W Solar I-V Curve Tester supports both direct and remote irradiance and temperature measurement using a reference cell or the SOLAR02 remote unit. Please note: when testing N-TYPE technology PV modules, the I-V500W supports up to approximately 8 panels, for larger systems, the IV600 model is recommended.
