The Varilight LEDFix Load Regulator YAGF is a compact and highly efficient solution designed to enhance the performance of LED lamps when used with Varilight V-Pro and other Varilight LED dimmers. It resolves common LED dimming issues such as instability at low brightness levels and unwanted glowing when the circuit is switched off.
By regulating residual current in the circuit, the LEDFix ensures smoother dimming, improved lamp stability, and complete shut-off of LED lamps that may otherwise glow faintly due to standby current from remote-control dimmers.

How the LEDFix Works
The LEDFix improves LED performance in two key ways:

Low-Level Stability
Some LED lamps can flicker or become unstable at low dimming levels. Installing a LEDFix stabilises the load, allowing smoother, more consistent dimming and extending the usable dimming range. -
Eliminates Standby Glow
Certain LED lamps may emit a faint glow when switched off, particularly when used with remote-control dimmers that draw a small standby current. The LEDFix absorbs this residual current, fully extinguishing the lamps.
Only one LEDFix is required per circuit to resolve these issues.
Fitting Instructions
The Varilight LEDFix is simple to install and can be retrofitted without specialist equipment:
- Wire the LEDFix in parallel with any lamp fitting on the circuit
- Suitable for installation within ceiling voids or lighting enclosures
- Refer to the wiring diagram supplied with the unit
