The Timeguard PDFM361AB Single Channel 360° Ceiling PIR Presence / Absence Detector is designed for the automatic control of lighting, heating, and ventilation systems in internal environments. Supporting both presence and absence detection modes, it provides flexible control to suit different energy management and occupancy requirements.
This detector offers 360° coverage, with motion detection up to 8 metres and presence detection up to 4 metres at a mounting height of 2.5 metres, ensuring reliable and consistent performance across a wide area.
Flexible Control and Configuration
Adjustable time delay settings from 30 seconds to 30 minutes and an adjustable light level range from 1 to 2000 luxallow the unit to be precisely configured for specific applications. An optional IR remote control (sold separately) enables convenient remote setup and adjustment.
The detector supports multi-sensor parallel wiring, making it suitable for larger areas where multiple detectors are required to operate together.
Flush Mount Design for Indoor Use
Designed for flush mounting, the PDFM361AB requires a 72mm ceiling cut-out for installation, providing a neat and discreet finish. A surface mounting box is available separately (item code PDSMSB) for installations where flush mounting is not suitable.
With an IP20 rating, this detector is intended for internal use only and is suitable for switching up to 600W LED loads.
