The Switchtec SMC-10040-240 100A Contactor is a heavy-duty modular switching device designed for controlling lighting, resistive and auxiliary loads in commercial, industrial and high-demand domestic installations. Powered by a 240V AC coil, it delivers stable performance and long service life under high current conditions. The device incorporates 4 normally open (4NO) contacts and IP20 touch-safe terminals, and is designed for quick installation onto standard 35mm DIN rail within consumer units, distribution boards or automation panels. Supplied as a standalone contactor, it must be installed inside an appropriate enclosure or control system.
