This Type 2 SPD for Consumer Units module is easy to replace. There’s no need to touch any wiring. A status window shows green when working and red when it needs replacing. Installation is quick. The unit fits onto a standard 35mm DIN rail and suits Hager consumer units. Be sure to tighten all terminals to 3.6Nm, as stated in the manual.
