ESP BD1
The ESP BD1 50M Beam Detector provides fast, reliable smoke detection in wide areas such as warehouses, halls, and industrial spaces. It monitors up to 50 metres with the supplied reflector and can extend to 120 metres using the optional BD1LRK reflector kit.
Thanks to its laser-assisted alignment and automatic calibration, setup is fast and precise. You can select one of four response thresholds—25%, 35%, 55%, or 85%—using the integrated interface, allowing you to match the system to your environment’s needs.
The BD1 actively monitors its status and shows it clearly through LEDs. Green indicates normal operation, yellow signals a fault, and red shows an alarm. Additionally, the system provides feedback on alignment to help installers get it right the first time.
Its robust ABS housing carries an IP55 rating, so it handles dust and light moisture with ease. Combined with a wide operating temperature range and low power draw, this makes the BD1 a practical choice for many demanding applications.
