The Timeguard RCBO range delivers dependable combined protection against overloads, short circuits and earth leakage faults, helping installers meet the requirements of BS 7671. Designed for use within Timeguard consumer units, these devices provide individual circuit protection while maximising board capacity.
The range includes both standard unidirectional RCBOs and compact bi-directional RCBOs. Unidirectional versions are designed for specific supply orientation, while bi-directional models allow line supply from either top or bottom, offering greater flexibility during installation and simplifying upgrades or board changes.
All Timeguard RCBO devices feature Type A residual current protection, suitable for AC and pulsating DC residual currents commonly found in modern installations with electronic equipment. Available in both B curve (ideal for lighting and general circuits) and C curve (suited to circuits with moderate inrush currents such as socket outlets and appliances), they provide reliable discrimination and fault response.
With compact single-module formats and a 6kA breaking capacity, Timeguard RCBOs are engineered for efficient DIN rail installation, safe operation and compliance in domestic and light commercial electrical systems.

Orders Below £150 + VAT:
To keep costs manageable, we dispatch your order once all items are ready, including products with longer lead times.
Need items faster? You can pay for an additional delivery service to receive in-stock items sooner. Simply email us with your order details, and we’ll send you a payment link for the extra delivery cost.
Orders Above £150 + VAT:
For larger orders, we can split delivery at no extra cost. In-stock items will be sent immediately, with the remaining items dispatched once available.
Items with Lead Times (e.g., 1–3 Working Days):
This means we need to source the product from our supplier before sending it to you. The estimated dispatch time is displayed on each product page.
